What is the shipping fees?
  • Domestic Shipping:
    All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
    Shipping fees start at $5.99 for domestic standard shipping and all other rates are calculated by our providers at checkout.

  • International Shipping:
    International shipping fees start at $35.00
    Shipping to Canada starts at $15.00
How can I Track my shipment?

You can track your shipment by heading to our dedicated Tracking page. Simply enter your 'Tracking Number' into the box and you can track your order.

Do you ship outside USA?

Yes, we do ship outside USA. Till date we have shipped our premium teas to consumers in more than 130 countries around the world.

Do you offer free shipping?

With just a few exceptions, all orders over $99 include FREE value shipping. Orders under $99 are charged flat rate shipping for standard ground.

From where will my order ship?

Most of our web orders ship from Minnesota, USA. But some products do ship directly from the manufacturer. 

How quickly will my order leave your warehouse?

Our goal is to get your order out in a hurry. Depending on which level of shipping you choose, your order will leave our warehouse within 1 to 4 business days.

How do you choose the products for the site?

Our selection is handpicked by a team of buyers that includes a mom of one, a dad of three, and a veteran guru. Their mission is to find gear that is useful, practical and innovative, and toys that inspire creative interactions.

Can I use more than one coupon?

Only one coupon may be used per transaction.

The item I want is not in stock. What do I do?

If you would like to order an item that is out of stock, you can call us at 1-234-567-STORE (8910) to place the order and it will ship as soon as it is back in stock. Please note we cannot accept back orders on certain items.

I saw an item in the store, but I don't see it online. How can I order it?
